Zempire Replacement TPU Air Tube – S1005

Product Information

In the unlikely event that you may need to replace your air tube on your Zempire Tent, simply remove the old tube from the beam sleeve and replace it with the new tube. Once the beam sleeve is zipped and secured, replace it into the tent sleeve and inflate. The tubes are quick and easy to change so that you can carry on with your camping holiday as soon as possible!

Replacing Airbeam Instructions

• Fully deflate the tube to be replaced.
• Unzip the outer sleeve of the beam on the inside of the flysheet.
• Remove the tube from the internal zipped sleeve.
• Cut the cable tie that holds the zips together (these stop accidental opening).
• Remove the inner tube from its protective outer.
• Place the new inner tube inside the protective outer, aligning the valve with the opening in the protective and outer taking care not to catch the inner tube in the zip (connect the zips with the cable tie provided, so that they cannot be accidentally opened when the beam is inflated).
• Re-inflate the beam to the correct PSI.
• Re-insert the beam into the zipped sleeve on the tent flysheet.
